Alive & Thrive Wyandotte County stands behind the many thousands across the country, and especially those in our community, who are peacefully protesting the racism, injustice, and systemic oppression that has led to the tragic and unnecessary murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and so many others. If you are planning an event or rally in response to these tragedies and/or to address oppression in our own community, please let us know what we can do to support your efforts. Feel free to send us a message via Facebook, or you can send an email to: Chandra.green@wyandotbhn.org.
Our Champions guide and coordinate the community projects. They are leaders in their communities who help raise awareness about trauma and promote community healing.
Every day we fight trauma and work together with community members to promote resilience and build a healthy and safe Wyandotte County. Help us build a safe, healthy, resilient WYCO
