Facilitator Partners: Our partners come from a number of places. They are community members and organizations, service providers, faith organizations, and youth organizations. They all volunteer their time to help the Director implement Alive & Thrive’s mission.  Our community partners work together to:

• Identify efforts to prevent trauma and promote healing
• Identify barriers to healing, or gaps in services that make it more difficult for individuals and families to heal and recover from trauma
• Identify priorities for solutions to address gaps and barriers
• Assist with strategic planning
• Assist with asset mapping
• Set guidelines for mapping information gathered from Champions
